Novotel London Tower Bridge

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are comfortable (including the bed and bedsheets) and spacious (by London standards) (I stayed in their Executive room). The breakfast is also very good with plenty to choose from (for vegetarians and meat eaters alike). The location is super convenient, just steps away from the London Tower and Tower Bridge and a walking distance from the Boroughs market and the Shard. Although it's so close to the Tower Bridge it's tucked away in this side street so there's no noise during the day or night. The location seems very safe. I'd definitely stay here again.

Me and my family which consists of me, my wife and two very young children 4 and 2 years of age. First of all, I raised all these issues with the hotel but nothing was done to resolve. The 1st issue was during the nighttime the room got very hot and we were told the air conditioner was on heating and therefore nothing could be done to cool the room. We were just told to open the window. 2nd issue was we had to fill up our own water bottle, there were 4 of us and the water dispenser on the floor 2 was broken. As we were 4 I had to constantly go to the other floors to fill it up which took around 20 minutes due to the slowness of the elevators. 3rd issue was the shower tray, it kept filling up as soon as the shower was put on and overflowing. Therefore we all couldn’t shower properly and again nothing was done when I raised it the next day. It occurred on: 2024-12-17 til the 19th This meant that It has affected us because we spent all this money and it ruined our stay and nothing was done about it. This is not a child friendly hotel please !! Please see photos for evidence and after complaining management wasn’t forthcoming on finding a reasonable solution

Reminds me of a college dorm. Good for a short stay after a night of getting drunk. Uncomfortable bed. No privacy for the shower, bedroom and toilet. Some of the female receptionists were rude.

This was a great experience which began when we were checked in by Jenna. She was bubbly and kind and truly brightened our day up. The location is also exceptional. Will return for sure

Amazing stay ! Well located hotel 2mn walk from the Central and District lines. Nice staff and very professional always going to the extra miles for the customer. A special shout out to Jena at the front desk ( hope I do not scratch her name). She made my stay amazing. My London star ! Always giving her best for me during my stay. She must be the Ambassador of your brand. Thank you Jena. I wil come back again only for you.

Très bon emplacement, à côté de la station de métro Tower Hill et en plein centre de Londres. Hotel très bien équipé avec un petit déjeuner au top et du personnel très agréable et disponible. Le restaurant le soir est très correct.

Convenient location, close to a tube station and just a short walk from Tower Bridge. Staff was helpful and polite, room was comfortable, big and clean with everything needed. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Novotel London Tower Bridge for two nights. The welcome at check-in was nice, but there was no one to assist with our luggage. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue when we entered the room; we found a glass shard on the bed. If we hadn’t noticed it, it could have hurt one of our children. The thought of that happening was very unsettling.

Very good location, a few steps from Metro station. Clean, cozy, modern and spacious rooms. Very polite and professional staff, especially on Reception desk.

The hotel staff knows nothing about customer service.. I’ve stayed in many Novotel hotels and this one is by far the worst.. the staff are on there phones most of the time and you as a customer have to wait for them to finish and then they will acknowledge your presence and maybe will ask you if you need something, they would even look at you and then back on their phones. The room was dirty the amount of dust is unreal..

£200per night in 2024 March, I would say it’s a normal business hotel near the business district. The breakfast is very boring without any changes in my one week stay…

I had the pleasure of interacting with Fatima and Jenna, the receptionist, during my recent stay, and their service was truly exceptional. Fatima and Jenna was polite, professional, and incredibly patient, even while managing multiple guests simultaneously. They were warm demeanor and attention to detail made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. They were went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and even provided helpful suggestions to enhance my stay. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism paired with genuine kindness. Both of them are true asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend them outstanding service!
